* Within a warranty period of two years from the date of purchase, we will repair, free of charge, any defects in the dispenser resulting from defects in materials or workmanship, either by repairing or exchanging the dispenser as we may determine. A 2 year warranty is provided on all materials used to repair a defective dispenser. Not covered in this warranty is deliberate misuse, breakage, normal wear and tear. The warranty becomes void if repairs are attempted or undertaken by unauthorized persons, and/or genuine RoboSol Expra parts are not used, and/or genuine RoboSol Expra replacement cans are not used. This warranty in no way affects your rights under statutory law. Our liability shall not exceed the cost of replacement dispenser and the company in no case shall be held liable for any consequential loss or damage or negligence resulting from the use of dispenser or aerosol cans. Our liability for failing to perform, or adequately perform, the warranty obligations is similarly limited. The warranty does not include dispenser performance or battery life. If faults develop please return immediately to your supplier or directly to us.
